"Very Poor"
I was told by the online agent that its only 5 minutes drive and the hotel for some reason is called airport hotel, but I had to pay 85 dollars round trip to Uber. The room was not ready I waited an hour and 15 minutes so they clean the room.

No ice maker, no microwave, it's not a Hotel is a shelter for families. Not as advertised you should really check out the product that you are promoting.

The only thing my wife and I liked about the hotel was that it was next to the train station so it was easy for us to get the train to go anywhere.

Cant even think of anything I liked about the properly. The staff were kind of friendly on arrival and let us store our luggage on the office before checkin. However when we collected our luggage we didnt need any proof it was ours and it was on view to everybody.

Location may be okay but the checking and checking out is very poor. We ha to pay extra $50.0 for coming earlier than 2pm for that day. We were so tired and paying extra money is exploitation. Please tryvand reverse this aspect. Many places is check in and out is between 11:00am or 13:00pm on the dot. Very poor in this regard. Please change.

No breakfast! No remote for the TV! Toilet seat broken! Window doesn't lock and the door to the room doesn't close unless you slam it! No parking and heat shouldn't be on when it's hot outside!!

Location right at Far Rockaway subway stop is great - if you don't mind riding the A train to the absolute very end of the line. Seriously - it's 8 or 9 stops past JFK airport, and easily a 1.5 hours ride from Penn Station. But to the hotel entrance from the subway station exit is maybe 40 steps - felt perfectly safe even at 2 in the morning.

Nothing at all. It was a nightmare from the beginning to the end. Booking asked them for a refund, but in 5 days got no answer. I asked for a refund, and also didn't get any answer.

Nothing , this place should be shut down. The pictures are completely misleading , it looks nothing like it . It is in an awful area and it was filthy.
